Welcome to Dreanna Design Studio. By purchasing a service, submitting payment, or working with Dreanna Design Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Dreanna Design Studio provides creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Branding & Visual Identity

  • Graphic Design

  • Website Design

  • AI Campaign Visuals

  • Marketing Materials

  • Creative Direction

The specific deliverables included in your project will be outlined within your selected service package and proposal.

Project Start Requirements

Projects will not begin until all of the following have been received:

  • Full payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

  • Completed questionnaire (if applicable)

  • Required content, images, logos, and assets

  • Any additional materials requested for the project

Project timelines begin only after all required materials have been submitted.

Communication Policy

To ensure efficient communication and project organization, all project-related communication must be conducted through HoneyBook unless otherwise stated.

Business Hours

Monday – Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Weekends & Holidays: Closed

Please allow 24–48 business hours for responses.

Payment Policy

All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only considered under extraordinary circumstances and remain solely at the discretion of Dreanna Design Studio.

  • No final files, deliverables, or ownership rights will be transferred until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Revisions Policy

Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

Revisions include:

  • Color adjustments

  • Font changes

  • Minor design edits

The following are not considered revisions:

  • Complete redesign requests

  • New concepts after approval

  • Significant changes in creative direction

  • New content additions after design approval

Requests requiring substantial redesign work may incur an additional fee ranging from $50–$100+ depending on the scope.

Project Timelines

Estimated turnaround times are provided within each service description.

Timelines may be extended if:

  • Required materials are submitted late

  • Feedback is delayed

  • Additional revisions are requested

  • Scope changes occur during the project

Dreanna Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity or missing information.

Proof Approval

Design proofs are provided solely for review and approval purposes.

Proofs may not be:

  • Used publicly

  • Shared commercially

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Modified

Until final approval has been granted and all payments have been completed.

All proofs remain the intellectual property of Dreanna Design Studio until final files are delivered.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Supplying all required content and materials

  • Reviewing deliverables promptly

  • Responding to communication requests

  • Meeting approval deadlines

Failure to provide requested information may result in project delays.

Project Hold & Abandonment Policy

To maintain project efficiency, clients are expected to remain responsive during active projects.

Project Hold

Projects may be placed on hold if the client becomes unresponsive for more than 2 business days during active project phases.

A project reactivation fee of $50–$100 may apply.

Project Abandonment

If no communication is received within 15 business days, the project will be considered abandoned.

At that time:

  • The project will be closed

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Any future work will require a new booking

Rush Services

Rush services may be available depending on scheduling availability.

Rush fees are determined based on:

  • Project scope

  • Timeline requirements

  • Current workload

Rush service fees must be approved before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client receives usage rights to approved final deliverables.

Dreanna Design Studio retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, proofs, unused concepts, working files, and creative processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Dreanna Design Studio reserves the right to display completed projects for:

  • Portfolio purposes

  • Social media marketing

  • Advertising

  • Educational content

  • Website showcases

  • Promotional materials

By purchasing services, clients grant permission for completed work to be featured unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before project start.

Final Deliverables

Final files will only be delivered after:

  • Full payment has been received

  • Final approval has been provided

Any edits requested after final delivery may require a new booking or additional design fee.

Limitation of Liability

Dreanna Design Studio makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Engagement

  • Website traffic

  • Marketing performance

  • Business growth

While strategic and creative services are provided with professional care, results will vary based on numerous factors outside the Designer's control.

Dreanna Design Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages resulting from the use of services or deliverables.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, booking a service, signing a proposal, or working with Dreanna Design Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
