Refund Policy

At Dreanna Design Studio, each project requires dedicated time, strategy, research, creative development, and scheduling. Because of the custom nature of our services, all sales are considered final.

Design & Creative Services

All payments made for branding, graphic design, website design, AI campaign visuals, creative direction, consultations, VIP Days, and other custom services are non-refundable.

Once a project has been booked and payment has been submitted, work time, scheduling, and creative resources are reserved specifically for your project. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Change in business direction

  • Failure to communicate

  • Failure to provide requested materials

  • Delayed responses

  • Dissatisfaction resulting from preferences not previously communicated

  • Unused services or deliverables

Refunds may only be considered under extraordinary circumstances and solely at the discretion of Dreanna Design Studio.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided for:

  • E-books

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Workbooks

  • Digital downloads

  • Courses

  • Replays

  • Educational resources

  • Any other digital product

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after booking, no refund will be issued for payments already made.

If work has not yet begun, Dreanna Design Studio may, at its sole discretion, offer a studio credit for future services. Studio credits are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services or products from Dreanna Design Studio, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been started, completed, delivered, or digitally accessed.

Any chargeback filed without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Suspension of project access

  • Collection efforts for outstanding balances

  • Legal action where applicable
